Your app is crashing. What's going on?

An application can crash for a variety of reasons, from glitches to memory problems. We are releasing new versions of all apps to reduce memory usage to eliminate crashes. We expect Apple to release them to the store by the end of January to first week of February. In the meantime, you can try to close all other apps on your device before running our apps.

If I have more than one device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), do I need to buy your apps and word lists for each device?

No. You can install our apps on up to 5 of your devices (as set by Apple) as long as they are synched to your computer using the same iTunes account. Word lists, as well, can be used on your other devices but require a different procedure to install them (see other FAQ).

How do I put your apps and word lists on my other devices?

For the apps, you must synch each device to your computer using the same iTunes account. However, iTunes does not manage the in-app purchases (the word lists). Therefore, you must re-download the word lists from within the apps on each device. In order to do this, you must go through the steps to purchase the same word lists from within the same application from which you originally purchased them. After you click "Buy", it will tell you that you've already purchased it and will download it to your device.

As an example, let's say that you purchased the /r/ word list from your iPad in Tic-Tac-Talk. The /r/ word list will then be available to all Talking Tails applications that use word lists on that device (e.g. Say It Again!). In order to get the word lists onto another device, you will need to "purchase" the /r/ word list from within Tic-Tac-Talk using the same iTunes account. (NOTE: If you purchase the word list from a different app, you will be charged.) The /r/ word list will then be available to all Talking Tails apps on that device.

If I'm experiencing problems with your apps, what should I do?

Please contact us from our contact page and select the "Support" department. We are constantly updating our apps with new fixes and eliminating newly found code errors. As part of the app store community, we rely on our customers' feedback to enhance and improve each app.

Can I request that apps include new features?

Absolutely! If it is at all possible, we will try to accomodate your requests.
